Government job on Luke AFB

Hello all, I am a USAF spouse and an LPN. Im trying to apply for an LPN position on Luke AFB (found on USAJobs). I printed a cover letter, resume, addressed all of the skills/competencies etc, Copied my Dependent ID (is this sufficient to claim spousal preference--or do I need more?). Ive also submitted a copy of my transcripts from RN school in hopes they may consider me for a position as a student as well. I have all of this here paperclipped and ready to send in, but I think that the place Im supposed to mail it to is actually a few blocks away from where I live on base. I plan on attempting to locate the Civilian Personnel Office tomorrow---unless someone recommends otherwise. Does anyone else have experience with getting a job posted on USAJobs? Possibly even on Luke AFB? Thanks for any advice you all can give me! Thanks!
