I just took the NCLEX today and got all 265 questions. I feel like a failure. I'm going crazy waiting on my results. Has anyone passed with 265 questions?

It was for me. I found out that I passed 48hrs later.

Took it this week , got all questions and passed! Don't be fooled by the number of ?s!!!! You are by far not a failure, you endured!
