Got my letter Friday...

Had to go to the post office to get it because it came certified Wednesday and no one was home to accept it. Sweating all night Wednesday and all day Thursday just to find out I was not yet chosen. That hurt me so bad! I just knew I was getting in for the Spring. I can't get this off my mind. I called the school today and they said the chosen one's have till the 15th to accept and if someone or one's does not accept they choose alternates. God I pray I still have a shot. I want this so bad! I have for so long. Has anybody else not get accepted and then turn around and get accepted? There still may be hope! Man that would be a blessing! Keep the prayers going you guys...Please! Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't get in. Like one of the previous replies said, maybe think about going the LPN route. That's what I am doing -- start in January. The school I am going to is NLN accredited (not all are) and when I complete it, I will get some credits to apply toward an associates. Chin up, if you want it bad enough, you can make it happen, even if it is non-traditionally.
