I have never been working as RN in United State before so it is kind of worry me alot..dont know much about...Please give me some advices ,Thanks alot

I work for a major health insurance company and the telephone nurses have it pretty easy, as far as what knowledge is involved. People will call and ask questions about their symptoms and you just advise them if they need to go to the doctor or hospital or not, pretty much, or other things. You will be fine but unfortunately it doesn't really add to your skill set. You should take the job but look for other opportunities while you are there so you can increase your experience as a nurse in the US. Good luck.

@ stefanyjoy Thank you very much for your advice , I am kind of a bit worried about my language coz of I have been here only 2 years and my language is not fluent yet...I am afraid that I gonna have problem with communication. And how long have you worked in your company ? and what kind of career advancement you can get for this type of nursing job ? coz this is kind of business area really not bedside area , so if I like this position and I want to stay for my nursing career path in the future what position that I would get to be a higher level and get more money coz 58k is a little low for RN.
