got an interview with ER. need your advices

Published

Hello ladies and gentleman, so I have been blessed to have received an info that I have a shot at getting into ER internship. I took an ER internship interview at two places when I graduated and did not get in, but I finally got a chance again at doing something that I really aspired to do since graduating. I would like to emphasize that emergency nursing has been the most true passion I had and I really want it this time.

I want to maximize my chances in getting into this position and therefore do as well as I possibly can at this interview. Please feel free to give me your feedback on ER interviews and what/how you did to maximize your chances in getting your position.

Pray!

??made my night with one word

well, I do believe in the supreme being, but also think it would be most wise of me to prepare in the best way I can, internships don't come very often and an interview at that! I am searching through the forum and finding good advices, if you got one let it be known!

one more thing about financial aspect of this. I get paid $x amount per hour at current job, but would the wage decrease if I am to start the internship (this is a different hospital but the same system, so it's a transfer) and would they pay me the wage that they would pay a new grad? I only have 1yr exp and I know that's not glamorous or anything, and I want this so much I am willing to take a pay cut to get it, but just wanted to prepare myself in case.
