got good pop up and still failed?

Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi everyone,

I took NCKEX RN 11/20/14 and got 75 questions. I checked PVT twice after 24 hours and message pop out in red ink " The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time". After 48 hours, i paid $8 for the quick result and i failed. Last times, when i did the trick, it went to credit card right away. Can anyone tell me that the trick is not working at all? Last test, i ran out of time at 226 questions and i had two categories are near the passing level and the rest are above passing level. I am so discourage now. Should i continue my other degree and give up nursing?

On hold is not indicative of pass or fail so if that was your popup it was not the "good popup". Hold means there was some abnormality that your results are held by Pearson & not sent to the BoN or re scored until a QA audit ( usually takes 48-72hrs maybe more or less) reviewing check in, ID, palm scan , audio, video, test data, keystrokes& proctor notes. This can be done to minor issues (most commonly issues with palm scan) to major issues (Suspicion of cheating).

The PVT will not work until the hold is lifted. The BoN won't get your results transferred until the hold is lifted. The quick results won't be available until the hold is lifted.

So if that was the message you received (results on hold) it did not imply a pass. If quick results state you failed , I'm sorry but quick results are accurate as to pass/fail.

This is not the good popup. This only says that your results are on hold, nothing more and nothing less. It does not indicate whether you have passed or failed. Since your state apparently participates in Quick Results, that's accurate.

The PVT does work and is as accurate as before. They've changed the way it works and puts $200 at risk when you do it because if you fail, you just paid them $200 for another attempt at the NCLEX. If you pass, the payment processing stops and you get the "Good Popup."

I did put the credit card information to pay but PVT didn't let me pay:( well, I failed! This is "n" time attempt. I used Hurst review, "prioritization,Deligation...by Linda A LaCharity", and Davis book and Nclex4000 for question banks. I haven't tried Kaplan RN test prep yet. Is there anyone know whether I should buy it or not? It took me 4 years to process papers because I was a Vietnamese nurse and it was hard to get transcript out of my country. I am working as a medical assistant now and have 3 years old boy. I can only study at night and around 3 hours/day. Should I register to test right away or should I wait and study for a few months? From the result last time, I had above passing levels except 2 categories that are near the passing level. Please help me and I need advises and encouragement from you all. Thanks!

Rosary 710 virtual ATI is the best thing out there kaplan is too easy, i reviewed saunders during my nursing school as i dont like reading big books so i wud study from saunders nclex review but i just

My nclex and i used Ati virtual it is hard as compared to nclex and u will review it then u take ur predictor which determines ur green light if u would pass nclex or not. They wont issue a green light unless u have 92% chance of passing ncle,.

This is not a good pop up. I got this msg after I took my NClex Pn test 3rd time. I thought I passed but after several days, I tried to do the trick again and this msg disappeared and went straight to the cc pgs :((. Later on I found out that I failed when I received my official result. So PVT still work
