  1. You are not alone and nobody is judging you. I am on the same boat with you. Found out my result a day before Thanksgiving. It ruined everything but I always trust in God and knew that it is not my time yet and I am not a safe nurse out there. I wanted to register a refresher course but Texas State Board stated that if I pass Nclex RN and then I need a refresher course so my license can be issued. Is anybody know where they offer refresher course? I want to register for refresher course so I will be able to know what they expect to be a nurse in US. I am a foreigner nurse and English is my third langue so you all can see that I do have a language barrier here. Can anybody help us whom failed several times by any suggestion?
  2. I did put the credit card information to pay but PVT didn't let me pay:( well, I failed! This is "n" time attempt. I used Hurst review, "prioritization,Deligation...by Linda A LaCharity", and Davis book and Nclex4000 for question banks. I haven't tried Kaplan RN test prep yet. Is there anyone know whether I should buy it or not? It took me 4 years to process papers because I was a Vietnamese nurse and it was hard to get transcript out of my country. I am working as a medical assistant now and have 3 years old boy. I can only study at night and around 3 hours/day. Should I register to test right away or should I wait and study for a few months? From the result last time, I had above passing levels except 2 categories that are near the passing level. Please help me and I need advises and encouragement from you all. Thanks!
  3. Hi everyone, I took NCKEX RN 11/20/14 and got 75 questions. I checked PVT twice after 24 hours and message pop out in red ink " The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time". After 48 hours, i paid $8 for the quick result and i failed. Last times, when i did the trick, it went to credit card right away. Can anyone tell me that the trick is not working at all? Last test, i ran out of time at 226 questions and i had two categories are near the passing level and the rest are above passing level. I am so discourage now. Should i continue my other degree and give up nursing?
  4. Plan to take again in 3 months?
  5. Hi Mackie, I just took NclexRN 7/17/14, ran out of time at 226 questions. I used the resources you used above but not Kaplan. I plan to register for Kaplan soon. Do you think it is a good idea? I'm a foreigner nurse, too. My study partner is Filippino. How does anybody think about Kaplan? Does it worth to pay $688?
  6. The same thing happened to me last November 2013. I just took again 3/17 and tried the trick. It brought me cc page. I didn't bother to pay for quick result to find out.im still in tear now but just have to move on. It took me 5 years to process papers.
  7. I mean drive to work, sorry for typing mistake
  8. Sorry to hear that. I took NCLEX RN today and I felt I did well because it stopped at 78 questions and took me 3,5 hours. Only 1 math question, 2 ECG, 1 medication but a tons of management and delegation and psychiatric. I was in tears and couldn't dry to work from the chapel when it brought me to Cc page. I'm so frustrated and this is my 3rd time. It keeps me going on because I prayed whatever happens, God knows what is the best for me. I quit my job for 3 months and studied Nclex every single day and still failed. We can do it next time! Don't let Nclex defeats us! That's what I said to myself.
  9. Thanks everybody for prayers. I tried the PE trick, it brought me to CC page. I burst in tears in the chapel.i got 78 questions. I had only 2 ECG, 1 Maths and a tons of SATA and psy and management and delegation. I'm so disappointed in myself. Don't know what next:(
  10. I'm taking my NCLEX-RN this coming monday 3/17/14. I need a lot of prayers. Please pray for me. I quit my job to focus on my review every day for the last 2 months but I recently start working as a medical assistant for the last 3 weeks.I didn't review anything else except doing the questions. I'm scared now. This is my 3rd time and I really want to give up. I need a ton of prayers from you. Please pray with me.
  11. Thanks for the good advice. I just rescheduled my test. It will give me 3 more weeks. I really feel anxious now since my score is only 60%.
  12. hi everybody, I have been reading the tips for passing NCLEX RN. My test will be on Feb 18, 2014. I'm a foreigner nurse graduated in 2002. I'm using Hurst review, NCLEX 4000, Kaplan strategy, Lippincott's Q&A review. I recently quit my job and focus only on nclex review. I also write down the things that I don't know during doing the questions or listening to hurst review lecture. I scored only 60-70% on Hurst or NCLEX 4000. I have a week more for my test. Please help me. This is my third time of taking this test. I feel frustrated and want to give up. Thanks so much
