what should I wear? I dont want to come off as too formal.

Well, again respectfully, I'm glad I didn't interview with you! I just finished three interviews with the same company (HR, nurse manager, and ? nurse manager's boss). I wore tan pants, nice pull over shirt, and never took my winter jacket off!
Got the job. Just got the offer this morning.
I guess, you do what's comfortable for you. I _never_ wear a suit and tie. Ever. I would feel like I'm handcuffs and shackles if I did.

Maybe the other guys were all wearing suits...
The only people I've ever seen dressed formally for interviews were management applicants. You need to wear what you're comfortable in. If you're fidgeting because you feel uncomfortable you won't make a good impression either.
