also my influenza is out of date so my doctor said it won't be available until next flu season... anyone know what I need to submit for that?

I spoke with Goodwin they said leave it alone until you get this years vaccine in Sept.

You’re welcome! Yes it is! The nursing advisor said we should be fine. It is required but we can wait until September because we need it before clinical starts. I got it but the doctor left it blank and the paper I have doesn’t state the LOT number.

Anyone still have items pending in castle ranch? I took a cpr class on the 20th and it’s still pending! I’m nervous because I didn’t know they would send an ecard within 30 days. So they gave a letter of completion. And another one I needed to be more specific on the vaccine. I’m nervous!

Hey!! I’m also running late on my blood works and the due date is in 3 days!! Should I call the nursing department to ask?

I would totally call. Did you already submit them? Or are you still waiting for results? If you submitted them, I think you should be ok. Mine physical stuff was missing the exact TDap vaccine I took so I had to get another paper stating the type. I hope they accept it. But if your paper was completely filled out, I’m sure it’s ok. Knowing me I’d still call to ask. Lol

Hey! I didn't get notification for your post! sorry it's so late but I did call and they said i won't be penalized for incomplete as long as I submit everything by today even if it comes back rejected. Hope it clarified for everyone getting last minute stuff in!

Hello All,

I applied to the RN program this summer for Spring 2020 not realizing I could have applied to the ABSN. The points seem really screwed up for the ABSN to me, does anyone have an idea of how many points a strong candidate should have to apply? I am pretty good for points for the associate's program but I would rather do the ABSN since I already have a bachelor's.

TIA!!

Hi! I would say at least 17. 16 can get you in, but you don’t know how many points is the minimum. It can be different each time. So I would say high GPA and at least 17 points! Best wishes!

@BWalsh88 did you switch over to the ABSN program? I am also wondering how many points would be the cut off for admission.
