Can't say I have noticed it, but I would love to hear you elaborate on logic you use when "guessing."
I can't really figure it out. I think that after 1.5 years of reading rationales from NCLEX review books about WHY certain answers should be chosen based on question construction, I'm finally getting it.

Not nursing tests - tests in other subjects, generally?
I think I've been unknowingly trained to pick out right answers even when I don't have a clue what's going on. Example: For clinical, we had to take a series of tests over the computer system the facility is using. While I've seen most of it at some point, answering questions like that is just crazy. So I guessed. A lot. And I got a 90%.
Just wondering if anybody else has seen this happening.
