Hey there!
My resume was passed through a chain of command to HR at a hospital and I was recently contacted by HR saying that she wanted to know my schedule so she could set me up with an interview with 4 nursing unit managers. Is this a good sign to be interviewing with unit managers right off the bat and that they are willing to work around my schedule? Or, am I just reading too much into the situation?
Regardless, I feel truly blessed!
Any tips for interviews?

It is a good sign you were called to interview, yes. However, interviewing with the unit managers was, for me anyway, always the first interview at the hospitals in my area. It probably just depends on that particular hospital's policies as to whether that means anything. Asking about scheduling is pretty much standard, so that part you are reading into. Good luck on your interviews.

Interviews are always good, but don't assume that you've got it locked in. Best of luck!

Probably a little of both: it looks good for you, but remember that no matter how fast you land interviews or how well the interviews go, you don't have the job until you receive an official job offer. Best of luck!
