Hi guys!

I was wondering if any of you knew any good search engines to find FULL TEXT nursing articles. I have so many different conditions for my clients that i have to look up, and Im sure more will come. Hopefully you guys with more expereince can help us all out. All types of searches would be appreciated (especially ones who will give the full articles for free) Im working on maternal/child right now so some stuff directed on that would be helpful for me now :D

At this site you can get full text of CE articles. You only have to pay the fee if you want to take the test and get the CEU credit. This should take you directly to the CE page. Have fun, LOL.
