  1. We did a well elderly too...and i frail. I dont enjoy geri as much as others so i hated it.. i did mine on my grandma...(i canged her name to protect my, i mean her identitiy, but we dont have the same last names anyways) It wasnt so bad..have lots of resuorces, like community, we had to for mine...like pamphlets and stuff...on things they could use (stop smoking etc) or things they may use (grief counseilling etc). Good luck with it
  2. At the hospital in my city we also have a nurse per floor that does that. I think that she is there to make sure we properly cover our asses in our charting..espceially since it is all done electronically, and a lot of important information can be left out...She gets mad at the students.. (us)..if we dont do our charting right, which i think is insane, considering no one ever taught us how to properly use the system..i perfer long hand charting myself, even if it does take longer..
