Thanks all for the good luck wishes!! I will find out next week if I am one of the 5 they are hiring, they are hiring a mix of new grads and RN's with experience in other areas that are wanting to go into NICU. the program starts on July 11 and is 15 weeks.

the interview was just 5 questions about customer service, change management, safety, teamwork and then a scenario/critical thinking question about a baby in postpartum who suddenly stopped breathing and just talking through what you would do as the NICU nurse who is called in.... not a bad interview I know I missed some things to do in the critical thinking but hopefully I hit enough things to get hired!

I'm not sure if they are done interviewing or still calling they didn't tell me that.

I do not have experience working as an RN I just received my license in April this year and started looking for jobs then.

hey kristy i just receive my license this year may 1st week. my cousin just called the recruiter today , and she was able to talk to them , they said their still going to call those people who received email and there doing it sequential ,,, wonder if start to z to a from last name or what..

Does anybody know how often Good Sam offers NICU training program? I just cannot give up on my dream to become a NICU nurse.
