the hospital orientations i've known of happen during the day i think but sometimes are only a couple days or a week or two depending on the hospital
When she called she said today was the only day I could do the phone interview since they were having their panel interview tomorrow. In the phone interview she asked me some questions that were about experiences during my clinical rotations like prioritizing, assessment, handling various situations things like that, it was pretty short I believe maybe 20 minutes and then she told me she had two available times in the morning for an interview with the panel.
I did not ask how many people applied/phone interviewed or will be panel interviewed, or how many positions they are hiring for maybe they are doing some calls tomorrow too I'm not sure. Good luck, if nothing else call and see if you can talk to HR.
Nice kristy, weird we receive email that will be having phone interview and we never had and you who dont receive any email from them , got one . You better nail it good luck kristy wooohooohh happy for you . Hope they call me . Do they ask you why NICU ? Or any question bout yourself something common question coz 20 mins is long hehehe
its short compared to the UCLA phone interview that one was about an hour and a half..... they asked why good sam, what made me interested in nicu, where i graduated and what degree .... I really hope I nail it too! I will let you guys know how it goes, then after she told me I would be interviewing with 5 people for the panel .... I have no idea what to expect for the interview questions tomorrow so I've just been reviewing what I can on neonates and NRP and my clinical experiences

thanks daisy , but def will update you guys once i receive a call from good samaritan . today i receive another offer...now i am overwhelmed.. like they were non stop . and i wanna take them all. i have apply in few positions that are open ... somewhat i have advice for those people doing job hunting. when you apply , if you want at least aim for a chance and not make your self keep going to thousand interviews , try also to be very patience in reading the ads and look for the qualification ,when they said if right candidate and they willing to train , try those and really sell your self and let them know its their lost if they didnt choose you. I dont have experience but after pretty much less than 5 interview 3 of them i received an offer , the 2 havent responded with me yet . although i send alot of resume in new grad prog only good samaritan have response to me. keep it up guys! and go to small hospital apply one by one even their not hiring right now fill up the application . thats what i did, their not hiring the time i applied but after a week they start hiring...
