I used Saunder's 3rd edition while in nursing school and thought it was helpful. I bought Saunders right after starting school since many people spoke highly of it and it was so glad I did. Don't forget to do the questions on the CD too!
I also used Mosby and Lippincotts NCLEX review throughout my program also but by far focused on Saunders.
Good luck!

Med Surg Made Incredibly Easy is a great book in my opinion. I find it most helpful for reading the different chapters for relevant units in my class. Really puts things in an easy way too understand more so than my Iggy text.
