Hey Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has any input on what are some good online RN-BSN programs. When I say good I mean easy to get questions answered and classes are easily accessed. I want to register for Fall 2010 so any advice would be great. Thanks so much

There are tons of info on RN to BSN online courses-just google it and there is one on allnurses. They are all different cost, accept different pre requisites courses. It depends how much you want to pay and how fast you want your BSN. I did it in 1 yr at univ of MD because they accepted all my credits and I could do it that fast. However, I had to take out student loans and it has been over 22 yrs since I had student loans. Good luck with your choice.

I am going through Ohio University and am truly enjoying it. Not sure what the cost is for out-of-state students. Cheapest I have seen is Fort Hays State University (Kansas I think), but I decided on somewhere in state with tuition assistance through OU. Have several friends who are going through Chamberlain and loving it. Only downfall is cost (>$500 cr hr), but can be done with it in less than 2 yrs and is only 14 classes long. Have heard good news about University of Phoenix and Jackson University (Fl). Check out the RN-BSN and online forums here for more information though. Also check with your employer because they may have an agreement set up with a local school. Mine didn't until I kept nagging them to, and a year later, I was successful. Good luck!
