You have told me what your patient has not what he/she needs.
What is your assessment? I would think that with the fracture pain would be an issue. Ability to perform ADL's would be an issue. Is this patient elderly? How did they fracture the arm? Is this a mid shaft fracture or a humeral head fracture? Humeral head are not as high risk of fat emboli as mid shaft fractures. Do they have any co-morbidities? What meds are they on? How is the patient immobilized?
