As a mother of 3 boys under the age of 9. I am anxiously optimistic about my upcoming 1st quarter of Nursing school starting on April 4th. I graduated high school 10 years ago and struggled a bit in school, needing an IEP or a 504 growing up.
Now that my husband is out of Active Duty I have the privilege of going back to school. I have had tons of "nay Sayers" due to the fact that I do have 3 boys and I work with a high school marching band in the summer. Although these lyrics (I know cheesy right?) below are from Miley Cyrus hahahahaha sorry, I felt that they were extremely accurate for my situation and my "climb" to success. I wish you all the best! Much Love and good luck!
I can almost see it.
That dream I'm dreaming, but
There's a voice inside my head saying
You'll never reach it
Every step I'm takin'
Every move I make
Feels lost with no direction,
My faith is shakin'
But I gotta keep tryin'
Gotta keep my head held high
There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose
Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side
It's the climb
The struggles I'm facing
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down, but
No I'm not breaking
I may not know it, but
These are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most yeah
just gotta keep goin', and
I gotta be strong
Just keep pushing on,cause
Keep on movin'
Keep climbin'
Keep faith baby
It's all about, it's all about
The climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith,

Great attitude! Only you know yourself best! You can do what you believe you can do, when you work hard and don't quit. I have eight kids and a lot going in my life, yet I'm one and 1/2 semesters away from getting my BSN and doing it with honors. I couldn't have done it without the support if family and friends. I knew what I wanted and went for it. You can too!
