Good Antelope Valley Hospitals to work at?

To better help my gramdma after breaking her back, hubby and I are going to move in w/her. We currently in life in the San Fernando Valley. I work off of Sunset. My question is what are some good hospitals, outpatient clinics ect in the AV. I'm planning on communitng until I have at least 1 full year experince as an RN (started my 1st job in February). My current experience is acute care with peds (Med/Surg, alsmost TCU level sickness, but sometimes higher acuity kids, with 2 to 1 ratio). I'd LOVE an outpt or peds clinic. I know a new hospital is coming, I might wait til then. Ive heard LAncaster community is better than AV but I dont know. I'd like to stay with peds for ahile and then maybe do ER or ICU with adults. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:)
