any good Alzheimers sites

I will be head of an Alzheimer's unit and want to make sure i am up on all the latest care for them. I use the Alzheimer's site and a few others but I was hoping you guys could give me some links that specifically talk about units. i get to pick my staff and I am picking the ones I see that are patient and calm with the ones on the open unit. I have picked three guys so far, all take the time to walk the ones who wander and seldom ask to medicate them when they are agitated. I am thinking of picking a girl who use to work a unit and is very caring. she had to work 14 hour days at her other work and wants to come over but doesn't want to work such long hours. I don't know if it is best to have 12 hour shifts for these units or if 8 are okay.
