Going for my associates degree but bad at chemistry

So I decided to go to my local technical college and get my associates in nursing. When looking at the curriculum I saw that I had to take a life science chemistry and microbiology. Both of these I suck at...I don't know how I will pass can I still be a nurse and though I'm bad at chemistry/biology? Are these really hard courses? Are there any tips to pass them?

Everything will be taught to you in the class! It's not like taking a hard test, where you're teaching yourself while you study.

Does that make sense?

You'll learn things chapter by chapter, and you can always ask your teacher for help!
