Goal for Hopelessness related to abandonment

Hello! Need some help creating a goal for hopelessness related to abandonment. I'm having a hard time thinking of one. It needs to start with " Patient will...." and then have two outcomes with it. My patient has stated that her kids have left her and want nothing to do with her, so i thought this would be a good nursing diagnosis for my psycho social assessment. Thanks!

How about pt. will look into social groups in her local area? Church groups, athletic groups, support groups. There are tons of things a person could do to meet people.

Is this really abandonment? To me, grown kids leaving home really isn't abandonment. Could this perhaps be self isolation because she's having empty nest issues? Try digging a bit deeper in to your NANDA book. :)
