Anyone else looking to get into the gloucester county college 2014 fall nursing program?

I'm going to buy the textbooks that we can search the isbn online. We have to buy uniforms,kits, shoes etc... Trying to save money where I can!!

Yeah i can't get that isbn to come up either. But i did get the tabers package one to come up. Where did you get that one at?

Tabers I bought from valorebooks. I spoke with one of the advisors and she said you won't find the fundamentals package anywhere because that books company has a deal with RCGC to sell it all together. They explain it more at the orientation I believe.

This may be a stupid question but where did you guys find a book list? The list I got with the packet they sent last week was suggested reading, wasn't it? I don't think I received an actual list. Am I missing something?

If you go on the college bookstore website you can put in the classes you are taking and it will show you the book list.

Does anyone know what color scrubs we are required to wear for clinical and lab?

Not sure what color scrubs we are supposed to get. But if you call the office I'm sure they will tell you. Please post if you get an answer

Hey guys. I'm pretty sure the letter they sent a few weeks ago said white scrubtop and navy blue pants for clinical. For lab it said white polo shirt and navy pants. The patches we need for the uniforms can be bought at best uniform.

Havent bought my books yet. I use a book voucher (loans) to pay for them so I have to wait. :-(

I bought the care planning guides book. Someone I know who just went through nursing school said that was a required book for her and it was very useful.

What comes in the package fundamentals package? I found the text and study guide package on amazon. not the same thing?
