Hello, My name is Emmely. I wanted to start a topic for those of us who have applied to the GCC program for 2019. I applied for their LVN bridge program. Let's keep each other updated.

Thank you ! Looking foward to the program now. Good luck to the rest of you !! Keep your hopes up because there still might be a chance till the very end

Mind me asking what your TEAS score and GPA were?

I was denied at GCC, but replied to maintain file. So far I have 2 denials, 1 waitlist. LAVC is my last hope :(

Omg same. Is there's lottery as well ?

yeah, LAVC is lottery

My teas was about 76? And my gpa is about 3.5+ ? But yet again it was lottery.

Hi! I just got an acceptance email for GCC LVN - RN! Here's my predicament, and I can't even call it that really because I feel so grateful, but I also got an acceptance for CONAH. I'm torn on which one to accept, CONAH would be 2 years since I applied for the generic RN program, but it is supposed to be a really great clinical based school. Does anyone have any details how GCC's program is, especially the schedule of classes? I know that their pass rate is really good, but I think it would all come down to the schedule since I work full time.

My stats are pretty close to yours so now I feel better knowing that it's strictly lottery. Thanks for sharing!

my sister in law did that program and she said it was the best experience she could of ever had! I did not apply there and completely forgot about the program

Until after the application period. She was hired in no time as soon as she graduated. Oh my, predicament indeed!

She went to CONAH? Thats good to know, I've been hearing that it is terrifying and very difficult lol. I work at LAC USC and actually drive by CONAH daily so it has been my goal to go there for awhile, but GCC can get me to NCLEX in half the time so, IDK..... lol.

I got denied too! Did anyone get into the regular program :/...I did tell them to maintain my application

I also got denied, this was the second time.
