Giving report and the nurse asked if I had done the H&H??

I was giving report last night. I have been an agency nurse for 5 years but I just started with a new agency so perhaps this is an acronym used within some agencies? but I assumed she meant hematocrit and hemoglobin so I was taken back and didnt answer at first, then mum went on to reply about the dry weight we had done on child. I am wondering if anyone else uses and acronym related to anything that may have to do with the weight or any other assessment tool that is an H&H? The only other thing that I can think is that I misunderstood her. Thanks for your help!!
