I moved from Wisconsin to Tennessee this past November. I did a web search for the licensing board in Tennessee and followed their directions on applying for a license. It was basically a paperwork thing, and I could download the paperwork from the website. The site should also tell you the cost, and how long it takes to get both a temporary and permanent license in the new state.
