Getting license# before the actual card

Hello everybody! I send in my pass letter with my payment at the beginning of January to BVNPT in California, but they haven't even cashed the check. Iam assuming they haven't received it yet. I called last week but they told me they were still processing payments from December. Does anybody know if you can get your license number to apply for jobs while the actual card arrives in the mail?

See if you appear in the online license verification (not likely if your check has not been cashed)

Yes. Then you have a valid license. The card is not needed. Employers are to verify online anyway

Nothing yet. I called BVNPT today and they are processing payments from Jan 8th. I mailed mine on Jan 5th, so by the 12th Mabey it will be processed.
