Getting the job

Hello all.

I have been an RN for a year and a half and I have been working in mental health. Recently, I have been thinking of getting a part time job at a SNF/nursing home. How do I stand out in an interview? On one hand, I am not a new grad, and on the other I only have mental health experience. Even as a CNA I worked in mental health.

Does anyone have any tips? Thank you.
