Getting a job at a hospital during school=RN job opp?? Transferring from AZ to CO??

Hey Guys!!

So I need some advice!! I am about to finish first block of an accelerated ADN nursing program in AZ. I also have a bachelors in Family & Human development sciences from ASU (not sure that matters, just throwing it in). When I finish the nursing program I want to move back home to Colorado to work as an RN. However, I am worried about finding a job. Other students in my program recommend ,while in nursing school, to get a job at a hospital doing something else just to get your foot in the door. I understand this concept, however I don't want to work in AZ when I'm done with school!! So..............my questions: 1)Will working at a hospital doing something (registration ect.) really give me a leg up getting an RN job at that particular hospital? 2) What hospitals are affiliated in Colorado and Arizona? I'm pretty sure Colorado and Arizona both have Banner, but not sure if there are any others. 3)If I did get a job in AZ at lets say Banner, could I transfer that experience/leg up to a Banner in Colorado?

Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:loveya:
