Help with transcript

I graduated from a school in Florida. I took my board exam and I passed on the first try. I reached out to the school for my transcript. The owner who is also the director of nursing haas been ignoring my text and calls for almost two months now. Anyone has had a similar experience

    As contacting the owner/director of the school hasn't been productive, review the school's website.  The process of obtaining a copy of your transcripts should be listed.  If it isn't or you still are unable to obtain a copy, contact the state department of education, or whichever agency is responsible for overseeing the school, for assistance.
