Getting the green card.

I applied to an adjustment of status for a green card based on RN employment sponsorship 2 months ago. Does anybody know the time that this process takes to get a green card as an RN.?

Thanks

With the continued retrogression in place and over 300,000 petitions for the I-485 submitted in July, you are looking at a couple of years before you will expect to see the actual green card. If your petitions were accepted, then you should expect to get the EAD that will permit you to work in the next few weeks. And that EAD can be renewed.

Be aware that those that applied for the AOS last fall before the cut-off are still waiting for their I-485 approval.

It is going to be a long wait.
