i am writing this for my friend who is working as an assistant practionor in uk. she would like to get a job as LPN. can you helpus to give some guidance

Not quite sure what you mean by assistant practitioner, is she a qualified british nurse or a health care support worker. Does she want to be a LPN in the US because there isn't such a thing as LPN in the UK

If thinking of going to the US as an LPN, it will not be possible. Immigration requires the RN after the nurse's name to qualify.
The UK no longer has the equivalent of the LPN, which was the enrolled nurse (EN), they are now all RNs.
