how to get work with rn probational license

Can you please clarify your question? And what country are you located in?

As tough as it is right now in most parts of the US to find a job with a clean license, it will no doubt be really, really hard with an encumbered license.

Best advice is to figure out which areas in the country are underserved and begging for nurses. Then move there.

You will need connections for anyone to even consider interviewing you in the current market. Can you volunteer? Are there any medical researchers in your area who are willing to accept you as volunteer assistant? Or disease or disability related non-profit organizations looking for volunteers. If so, and you prove that you are reliable and hardworking, it may lead to job connections and provide you with a valuable reference.

Like Dishes said, you're going to be fighting an uphill battle trying to find someone to hire you in this economic climate with a disciplinary action on your license. If I were an employer and I were interviewing you, you would have to do a phenomenal job of articulating what you did to require disciplinary action from your state BON and what steps you have taken to prevent it from happening again. The best policy is honesty.

If you would be receptive to some constructive feedback... It's impossible to prevent people from judging other people, professionals just don't allow that feeling to affect how they do their job (in our case, taking care of patients). One way people are judged is by their writing. I'm not saying it's right, but the fact of the matter is that people do judge others based on their writing (and perhaps english isn't your first language). I'm not going to sit here and give you an english lesson, but hopefully the way you carry yourself and conduct yourself is better than the composition of your post here.

Not to be cynical, but I think some desperate facilities with high turnover would be more apt and even eager (maybe they think you will stay longer, because where else will you go?) to take on a person who has an encumbered license. You still have a license, which is what they need to operate.
