Suggestions for Holiday CNA gifts?

I work with a great crew of 5 regular CNA's on my unit. Would like to reward them with something nice but not too $$$$. Any suggestions?

I have these pens from the paragon. They clip onto my name tag and I am always a tug away. You get 4 for $10 too they are pretty cool.
