Hi, has anyone submitted their application for fall 2017 semester yet?
I viewed the thread for Spring 2017, but didn't see anything for Fall semester.
I've submitted mine last week, and I'm scared already (yes, before they even start looking at the applications...). I applied to only the ACE track, but I'm afraid my grade is not good enough.....
GPA: 3.73
Science GPA: IDK
TEAS: 86
I volunteer at Northside Hospital and got my supervisor to write my letter of recommendation, does this earn me extra points on the application?
I'm a really bad writer, the part of the application I'm scared the most is my essay.... I wrote about the Affordable Care Act, I picked it on purpose cause it's a big thing, but now I'm scared...

I spoke with the advisor today and he said the applicant pool in general was more competitive than usual, though I have a feeling he says that to every disappointed applicant lol
ok great thank you! Sorry for asking so many questions but did you have any volunteer hours? I didn't have enough to add to my application and I am wondering how much of a disadvantage it put me at.

I called them today and the person on the phone told me that we should receive an email by next Thursday if we are accepted. If not a letter will be sent by next Thursday too:(

I had almost 100 healthcare volunteer and more non-healthcare hours
I honestly dont think they made too much of a difference ☹ï¸
Ok! I called like half hour ago and the lady on the phone told me that I should have received an email by now and that decisions were made last Friday. She freaked me out . Then, o just called again and spoke to Ms. Little, she told me that they have a delay and emails will be sent later this week. I can't wait for this to end.
Did anyone else apply to the nursing school and the school at the same time? I got accepted into GSU and received the letter of acceptance online. Then a few days ago, a month or two after i first got accepted, i received an acceptance letter but I dont know if its for nursing school or for the school itself. I was just wondering if accepted into nursing school and the school at the same time what you letter for nursing said.
