Georgia state perimeter college (gpc) spring 2017

Published

Hi, anyone here applied to Georgia state perimeter college (former gpc) for the spring 2017 semester?

Yes, I applied. Do you know when we will receive letters?

am thinking around September, did you receive a mail acknowledging your application and says "you qualify for the next step of the process"?

No, I haven't. I'm actually worried because the evaluations office took far to long to evaluate my transcripts. They told me it would be done before the May 31st deadline and i was officially accepted June 20. I spoke with the the nursing coordinator back in May and informed of this and she said she would talk to them but not sure if she will still consider me since it took them so long. Did you get a letter?

yes I did get a letter, stating that my application and documents were receive and that I would be moving to the next part of the process.

I also applied and received a letter stating that my application was accepted and they would let us know by the 30th of September. How did every one do on the TEAS? I got a 77. I have a 4.0 in my sciences although I still have to take micro and statistics next semester...YIKES!

I made a 74:( on my TEAS, science is 4.0 too. September is almost here:facepalm:

Hello Everyone,

The anticipation is crazy.!!!

Has anyone received their acceptance letter from gsu perimeter college for the Spring 2017 nursing class.??

Specializes in Surgical Trauma ICU.

I haven't heard anything yet either

I applied, but unfortunately my GPA has dropped significantly. I got an 86.7% Adjusted Individual Score on the TEAS V. I do have a 4.0 Science GPA (A&P1 - and I'm currently taking A&P2). I believe my program GPA is about a 2.95 right now. I did get the letter about meeting the qualifications.

I have not heard anything yet either. MissxAsia your score is awesome and they only look at your science GPA - you should have no problem getting in!! If anyone hears anything please post!

Tara313, from what I've been reading they take both GPAs and the TEAS score into account.
