Georgia NPs out of luck.....again

Well another session of the Georgia Legislature has ended without Georgia APRNs being granted presciptive privileges again, as it does every year. My state now has the dubious honor of being the only state in the nation in which NPs do not have prescriptive privileges. The bill was introduced and went to committee or something. The word is that the predominately Republican legislature wanted to punish the Dems and the Dem lieutenant governor so they would not pass most their bills. I am so disgusted and embarrassed. Oh but they did spend hours and days and weeks debating on a state flag and managed to get a new one. Now that's important!
