Just got back from Cartersville and Rome bookstore. They're out of a lot of books. The ride was definitely more fun with dallas and hayley!! I still have to get the Med Term book somewhere. Does anyone have the ISBN for the med term w/cd?

thats not good!! I placed my order at the online bookstore last friday. So hopefully all mine are in a box waiting for me to pick them up!!!!! I will freak if I dont have all my books

Hi all! Oh my god... I had to quick read all the messages....I have NOT gotten a call yet..and Wellstar has already sent my initial scholarship to GA Highlands...hmmm maybe thats a bad sign? Either way I am ok with either campus, but would prefer Marietta.

Anyways I went and bought most of my books at the Cartersville book store today...they did not have the Nursing 1101 Course packet..did the Rome bookstore?

I am so tired today...one long surgery..with a 30 minute lunch around 11:00..I am ready for bed already.

kb - I'm sure they have yours put aside, otherwise ordering online wouldn't work for them. I thought about doing that but only had a few books left to get. Would have picked them up if I knew - that ride is a pain....but I will gladly make it if I don't get Marietta

No Rome doesn't have the course packet. I think that once we are set-up on Vista we will be printing the needed pages each week....Not sure why?

OMG i feel like a complete loser for missing out on all this today! I've been a nut case all day waiting on Wellstar, and NOTHING. soo stupid. I talked to a friend in the program, and she says to just carry your notebook, and leave your books at home, b/c it helps to go back and reference them later at home, to make you look at it again, which apparently makes it sink in. Plus she said she didnt have time to grab the different ones from her car. OH.. and she ended both semesters last year with and 82 and 86. Not too shabby :) I missed you guys today, and Kb.. do you remember me? I think i was across and to the left on the end at chilis lol I'll find ya on facebook now. Melissa- i know you just LOVED my catastrophe of a room :laughs:

My head feels much better. I hate migraines. I am on a beta blocker twice a day because of them..I only get them now maybe once or twice a year...but when I do..its horrible.

Yes I am a surgical tech...I have always loved the OR. I went to tech school right out of high school and have been doing for almost 11 years! So now is the time to challenge myself..I will miss it though. I really hope that I like nursing...

Hey everyone, sorry I couldn't post sooner. I could read what was going on on my cell phone but it wouldn't let me sign in to post. CW was really nice when I talked to her and she said everything was done on her end she is just waiting on the BG checks from HR.
