The Nurse Licensure Compact Bill was signed into law by the Governor on yesterday. Pending approval by the National Council of the State Boards of Nursing, Georgia nurses will now have the benefit of obtaining their home state license and a multistate license which will allow them to practice and teach in other jurisdictions who are members of the NLC without having to obtain a license for every state in which they conduct business.

I just read the eNLC won't go in effect until 26 states enact of Dec 31,2018 occurs. So this means we aren't taking part until then?
Sounds like it.
Thanks to North Carolina signing on as the 26th state, it looks like we're a go!!
