I applied for the Jan'15 cohort as well. I received a call from my admissions counselor that it went to faculty on the 19th...she said it could take 1-4 weeks to hear back...I was accepted to the program at Simmons but would love to go to Georgetown!
I am just waiting for a degree conferral letter from my current school since I graduate with my BSN in December. I've already been an RN for 5 years but waited to go back to school. I'm hoping to hear from them also...Good luck!!!
Oh, I found them very helpful, I tried to apply for the fall semester but the turn around with me finishing up my BSN in the summer, was a little to much, so I decide to wait till the spring semester deadline. I found the video also hard, If I only had another minute. I also applied to Samford and did not seem to have as much trouble with the video. They require a 5 min video interview compared to the 3-4 min video interview that Georgetown requires.

I tried applying for the January cohort but I am still finishing my BSN and won't graduate until December. I tried getting a conferral letter from my school but they wouldn't give me one. I'm have to wait until the May cohort now. They have been very helpful as well. Good luck!!

Hello,
I recently turned in my application for the January 2015 MSN/FNP program at Georgetown University. Has anyone else applied for this cohort? I would like to know how the process went. The hardest part for me was the video essay.
Thanks!
