Georgetown tends to accept applicants with very strong GPAs, even if they have less experience. They say they look for well-rounded applicants holistically, but I know three of my friends who got in last year had GPA 4.0 and 3.8s  and two years of experience. They also have great personalities and are really kind. I'm so happy for them.

That's so wonderful that you have several friends who can provide you with insight and advice on this process. They sound great :). Thank you for the feedback! All is obviously helpful.

Completely forgot to post here, but I got invited for an interview on October 31st! I'm going in with just over 2 years of experience.

Looking at previous forums, it seems like the interview is more so emotional intelligence/personality based, but I have also heard of some people who were asked a more clinical-based question. It may depend on your background if they want to assess something from your resume. I'm going in expecting either one, just in case.

My application was completed on 9/22 and I received an interview invite on Tuesday for 11/7

Did y'all get an email after all application items were complete or your checklist just had all the check marks and so you're good? Sorry for the many questions...

Congratulations! Did you turn in your entire application with LORs included on 9/22? I submitted my application 9/19, but my last LOR didn't come in until yesterday (womp womp)

OK yeah that's me freaking out right now because I have all of my check marks and the last thing to be turned in was 9/17 but I never got an email but sounds like I'm good. so hopefully I hear something soon!

I had everything submitted on 9/22. I did not get an email just saw that I had check marks on everything.

Has anyone gotten a rejection yet? I saw on the website that they stopped accepting applications for this cycle (before the original deadline of 10/15) and I'm itching to hear anything at all!
