I have worked for Gentiva home health for several years now. They just hired 2 new nurses, both of which were apparently not given a pre-employment drug test. I know one of them from nursing school and she has always done drugs, and its pretty obvious still is. I cant remember for sure if I did a drug test, but I would find it odd if I didnt. Seems like all nursing jobs would do a pre-employment screen! They both are still in orientation, so who knows maybe they will have one. But I just find it odd. The one girl was tlbasically bragging about how they arent doing them. Does anyone else work for gentiva, as it is a national company, and know of them not drug testing? I cant decide if should say something or not. I have not seen her do any drugs, so I guess I would feel horrible if I was wrong! Anyone heard of this? Seems kinda irresponsible on gentiva's part, right?

Yes, it would be very wrong to say something. You have no proof. I would say mind your own business unless you actually see her do something unsafe.
