General practice or specialty?

I am an LPN for 8 years with 5 years of experince in a specialty clinic. I am currently interviewing for 2 general practice clinics, as well as one speciality clinic. I have a second interview scheduled with the specialty clinic, as well as am currwntly in the works of scheduling with a G.P. that wants a second interview. Which is better in the long run? Should I choose a specialty or G.P.? Also, if I'm offered a job with one sooner but have an interview scheduled how do I go about keeping my options open to see the other interview through? It seems that so many things have changed since I last job hunted and this is all new for me. I just want to ensure that i make the best decision for myself and family.
