what are your goals? do you intend to further your education? Are you willing to work nights and weekends? Do you have a preference in which dept. to work? Why did you decide to be a nurse?
They are looking for someone with a sense of maturity, responsibility and accountability. Nursing skills can be taught, but you MUST portray a personality expressing the above qualities. Flexibility is a great plus! Good luck.
I am sorry i guess i should have been more clearer, this is a interview to get into nursing school:) :)

These are the questions I was asked:
Why have you chosen this particular nursing school?
Why do you want to be a nurse?(be creative on this one...they have heard "to help people" a million and one times:chuckle )
What do you think a nurse's responsibility is in todays society?
What kind of experiences have you had with nurses in your past?
What qualities do you possess that will make you a good nurse?
What area would you like to work in once you finish school, and why?
In regards to nursing, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
How well do you get along with others?
Are you a leader or a follower?
Are you comfortable taking a leadership role?
Are you willing to be a represenative for a small group of ppl or the whole nursing program?
Do YOU have any questions?(I figured out they like the ppl who ask alot of questions)
That's all I can think of...there were a few more. All I did was try and sell myself without sounding cocky or overconfident. Hehe...don't be suprised if you cry or get a little choked up...i did when they asked me certain things. I let them see this though....I wanted them to know I was passionate about what I wanted to do. Good luck to you, and let us know how it goes!:)
