You guys probably have heard that the 2015 LPN Program offered by NYC DOE will not be held. For people that have already passed the CNET or TEAS test for admission, please send your messages to the NYC Mayor's office and petition for the program to be continued. I have sent out several emails to many contacts but we need more people's voices to be heard and make a difference. It only takes a few minutes to send out your message so please be proactive and act quickly.

Message to the Chancellor - Contact - New York City Department of Education

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

You need to be more specific about which program & location you are talking about. Remember this is a public forum read world wide. It seems you are in NYC a letter from the other side of the world won't hold much weight in the decision.

You are right,thanks

I'm definitely onboard. I already sent a message to the chancellor. I hope more applicants join the fight to keep this program alive.

Hey guys,

I just got an email from the chancellor. They contacted OACE Superintendent and she confirmed that June 2015 will be the last graduating class. And unfortunately there will not be a program for the upcoming year.

This sucks. I feel hopeless. :(
