nervousness

Hello fellow nursing students, I am in my third semester of a fourth semester program. I find myself very nervous this semester, any ideas on how to settle the nerves? I am most nervous about exams (last semester was tough for me) and the pediatrics rotation. Any ideas would be appreciated!
