I am so excited to apply for the Mayo Clinic externship of 2018. I have been dreaming of it since high school.

@Kirs10RN I am not 100 percent sure!! I think if you move through the first round you have to send your transcript. and then like @dasiduke said we hopefully will hear by the end of february! getting nervous!!

Hey all!! Glad I found this forum, hopefully it'll be helpful to stay in the loop with the application process! From what I understand they narrow it down to 100ish before making final decisions. Anyone know when that first round of cuts will be made? I'm anxious to finalize my summer plans either way! Best of luck everyone!!

I know it will be at least another week but I'm already checking my app and email daily. It is like a nice little study break...finish an assignment...check email...finish another assignment...check the online app. I've already gone crazy waiting!

@Daisuke927 Mine is going well, thanks for asking girl! 2nd week done! AH i hope we get in to mayo. It was so funny someone asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and I said "TO GET INTO MAYO"... they thought i was crazy!!!! Time will tell! Wishing us luck!
