Well so far for this summer I am enrolled in Intro to Chem. Its a MTWR class at night so I dont think I would really have time for much else. Hopefully she will be teaching Psych Statistics in the fall, Ill keep her name written down. I really hate to drop Intro To Chem cause I need, really need to get that class out of the way so I can take Physiology and Micro. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you to get into Nursing School out there!!

Are you not glad this semester is almost over? I need a break for a week or so to do nothing. I should get A's in all my classes so I am thrilled about that. I think you will like A&P, I really, really enjoy my anatomy class this semester. Its so interesting.

Wow, the oldest will be in kindergarten now, it will be a couple more years before my oldest will go. Maybe next year he will start going to preschool.

I'm definitely glad this semester is almost over. I've had to study hard lately with finals just around the corner. I'm definite I will make A's in 3 of my classes, the 4th class I think I'm hovering around a low A/high B so I'm not sure. If I don't get an A it will ruin my 4.0 so I will be busting my butt the next couple of weeks studying in that class so I can get an A on the final.

You know how I mentioned if I don't get into nursing school this fall that I will take intro chem? When I checked it online the other day and seen there was only a couple of spots left I went ahead and enrolled in it anyways and it's the same class as you mentioned. If I don't make it into nursing school we might have a class together. Just anxiously waiting to hear if I get in or not and to see which class I will drop. I hate having to wait!

If I get in you will know because I will be announcing it on the board. I'm not going to let it get to me if I don't get in because that just gives me time to finish up some BSN pre-reqs and I know that I can definitely get in for the spring because I will have 122 pts if I take A&P this summer.

Ya I think if you dont get in this semester there will be no way you CAN"T get in next semester cause you will have so many points! So no matter what you will be starting nursing school soon either way :)

Yes when I enrolled for Intro to Chem there was only 2 classes left! That surprised me.

I have been emailing the counselors at OU Nursing school and last year they had 112 seats open and 300 people applied (for one semester, I think they enroll 2 times a year). So I get kinda nervous hearing that, what if I dont make it in and have to sit around another semester doing nothing just waiting where with Rose I know I could get in next semester.

Have you found out how much time Nursing School takes? I know the 1st semester is not that many credit hours (11 credit hours and I would need 12 to get Pell Grant) but do you bust yor ass outside of class? I was wondering if I went to Rose would I have the time to take some BSN pre reqs as well? Is that your plan as well? I think that is the reason I havent applied at Rose and just doing the BSN pre-reqs. 2 of the other semesters are only 7 and 9 credit hours! Have you found out how that all works?

Cynthia I posted a thread asking about the credit hours and how all that works. I thought it was a good question for both of us since I have been wondering how all that works cause why only 7 credit hours one semester? That doesnt seem like much at all ya know?

Oh ya I talked a bit to that girl in my class who is also a Nursing Student at OSU-OKC and I dont know how it works up there but she is only enrolled in 6 hours of Nursing School for this semester. I think she is just doing it part time or something, not sure cause she misses class a lot....lol
