Is DePaul MENP an MSN program?

Is the DePaul MENP program an MSN degree program? If just an MS, what's the difference? Thank you all!

Iv'e never heard of an NP program that did not award an MSN, except for those that award DNPs.

Never heard of it, but a brief investigation reveals that it's an MS under the College of Nursing. So, it's reasonable to assume it's an MSN.

MENP is just their name for a direct-entry Master's.

It's an MS in nursing, not an MSN. This is because at depaul, the school of nursing is through the college of science & health, not a college of nursing.

Meaning, they can't award an MSN since it's not a college of nursing.

Regardless of designation as a college of nursing, or a school of nursing under another college, the degree is still MSN, BSN, etc. To put it simply, the designation of school versus college has to do with how many different programs are offered. For example, my university's nursing program was a school of nursing under the college of health sciences. After expanding their MSN programs to several different specialties, they were changed to a college of nursing. The degree awarded as a school of nursing was still a BSN or MSN.
